The family membership program includes up to four (4) or less family members.  For description purposes of membership, a typical IMMEDIATE family membership is comprised of a Husband, Wife and their two live in children who must not be older than sixteen (16) years of age. All family members must be living together. Your family membership does not include In Laws, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Grand Parents or any other relative not considered in MedFund-USA LLC sole discretion to form a part of your immediate family unit.
